The apartment was super clean. Comfortable beds had lovely linen. the kitchen area was a bonus. the hospitality tray, milk, and water in the fridge were unexpected extras. we left our luggage before check-in and reception took our bags to our apartment later. this was thoughtful.
i booked a one-bedroom flat, but it was a studio sold as one bedroom. a manager said a one-bedroom was unavailable for my stay. i was willing to pay the difference in price.

The room was well-equipped with utensils and oven. there was a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. tesco express was nearby. Good eating places also were easy to find.

housekeeping was prompt daily and cleaned the room well. staff was very helpful. sumit gave a warm welcome during check-in. he was always helpful with our requests .
